What are your goals in taking summer lessons? (check all that apply)
I'd like to bridge the gap over the summer and avoid losing skills
I need help preparing for something specific (an audition, a concert, etc)
I take orchestra in school and have never taken private lessons; I'd like to try it out
I want to switch from violin to viola
I have a specific skill I want to work on improving over the summer
My teacher is out of town this summer and I would like to continue lessons while s/he is away
I'm a college student who would like to work with someone over the summer
If you would like to elaborate on your goals, please do so here:
What format of lessons do you prefer?
In-person, indoor lessons (only available on Mon or Fri)
Anything else you would like for me to know regarding availability or anything else?
I understand that taking in-person lessons taking summer lessons does not in any way guarantee continuing lessons in the fall. Students who desire year-round lessons must join the studio wait list, and will be offered a year-round spot as they become available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, I understand
If taking lessons in-person (either in the studio or garage), I agree to abide by the Vaughn Violin and Viola Studio COVID PROTOCOLS found on
. I understand and agree that the ability of any plan to keep people safe is highly dependent upon their choice and ability to follow rules, instructions, and guidelines. The teacher is not responsible for certifying any plan to be “safe” or without risk, cannot guarantee student choice, and therefore cannot be held responsible for infection transmission during the time frame in which students attend in-person lessons.
