Holiday Craft & Vendor Fair - Sat., Dec 7
Gallipolis First Church of Nazarene @ 1110 1st Avenue, Gallipolis, OH 45631, is hosting the 3rd Annual Christmas Craft & Vendor Fair in our Family Life Center/Gym on Saturday, December 7 from 10 am-2 pm. All proceeds from the event will support Teen Ministry and missions (locally and globally). All vendors are invited to attend and select a rental table $45 with electricity, or table $35 without electric, or a space $30 (bring your own tables) that will accommodate your products. We will supply 2 metal chairs (more if needed) for your convenience. By signing and submitting this form, I hereby release the Gallipolis First Church of the Nazarene, of any damages, lost or stolen goods from the fair.
I understand the fair is a fundraiser for Teen Missions & Ministry. I understand the fair committee will assign the spaces. I understand I am responsible for my products/ merchandise/persons brought with me to the fair. I will be respectful to other vendors and customers. I understand that fair setup begins at 8 am for 10 am start time. I understand the table space/electric rental fee is due on or before December 2, 2024 and my table spot is not reserved until payment is received. I understand electrical cord and spots are on first come first serve basis, not guaranteed. I understand if any damages are made to the facility or property, I will be required to pay a fee of $50 or more if damages exceed. I understand that I have one week before the event to cancel to receive a full refund, afterwards I forfeit my table/space fee. Once this contract is submitted, a member of the events committee will contact you to verify you've been approved and we have received payment.
