Hello! I'd love to collect a little more information about you and your needs to see if small group coaching would be a good fit. This is a new service that I only offer 2-3 times a year, but assess interest on a rolling basis. When we have at least 5 people committed to the program, we can get started!
This program is 8 weeks long, with have 4 x 60min live Q&A sessions spread throughout to answer questions / support you (these will be recorded and you can submit questions in advance if you cannot attend). Each week, you will watch or listen to a pre-recorded module on a specific nutrition topic that is part of my course, Peak Performance for Endurance Athletes. You will also receive optional but strongly encouraged homework assignments and PDF summaries of the material that you can download to help you get the most out of your learning experience.
You will have lifetime access to all materials, and to any updates I make to the course as well.
