Summer 2023 Black Wall Street Expo on 25th
Notre Maison Connects Nonprofit Organization presents the Summer 2023 Black Wall Street Expo on 25th. We work in collaboration with local businesses on 25th Street to celebrate entrepreneurial greatness. Registration proceeds goes to supporting Notre Maison Connects Greater Youth Initiative 501(c)3. Register YOUR business and invite YOUR friends and family and other business owners to join and shop.

Mandatory Understanding #1: *Spaces along the route are NUMBERED AND ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME BASES. If you arrive late on the morning of the event, it becomes problematic and creates gaps along the route. Therefore we WILL NO LONGER be assigning or "saving" space. You will be assigned to any available space when you arrive. 
There will be a vendors meeting Monday, July 10th at 7pm at 34 W 25th Street. We encourage all vendors to attend to address any concerns before the event. THIS  EVENT IS A CITY PERMITTED EVENT AND WILL OCCUR RAIN or SHINE.

Mandatory Understanding #2: FOOD VENDORS: Please read BEFORE you submit your registration form.  (A)- If you are serving/ selling food or food samples of any kind, you must register here FIRST to get approval to participate in this event. (B)- Once registerested, Notre Maison Connects  MUST SUBMIT food vendors names to the Health Department for THEIR approval. (C)- IF for some reason, the Health Department does not approve your application, we will refund your registration fee upon notification. (D)- Once approved by the Health Department, you must submit a copy of your Temporary Food Permit to info@nmconnects.org at least 5 days BEFORE the event. (E)- Your permit must be displayed during the event. WE CANNOT ALLOW ANYONE TO JEOPARDIZE THIS EVENT BY NOT FOLLOWING THESE CITY MANDATED INSTRUCTIONS. BRING YOUR PERMIT TO CHECK-IN. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PERMIT UPON CHECK-IN, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SETUP OR PARTICIPATE. IF YOUR PERMIT IS NOT DISPLAYED DURING THE EVENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHUT DOWN AND LEAVE THE PREMISSES.  *

Mandatory Understanding #3: NO SMOKING or burning anything in your tent or near other businesses. IF you must smoke, respect and smoke away from other business owners merchandise. It's not fair that their products smell like whatever you choose to smoke or burn.

If you have any question, please call Jacqui at 410.235.5222. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVED A TEXT WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED YOUR FORM AND OR MADE YOUR PAYMENT. AGREEMENT: My registration fee is a nonrefundable donation to Notre Maison Connects Greater Youth Initiative and payable through NMConnects website's PayPal page at www.nmconnects.org. Credit Cards are also accepted through PayPal. The donation reserves my space along the "Black Wall Street Expo" route and includes my business in promotions for the Black Wall Street Expo.

By completing this registration form and checking the boxes below, I understand that the registration proceeds for this fundraiser goes to Notre Maison Connects Greater Youth Initiative. I also understand that this form RELEASES PERMISSION for Notre Maison Connects to use my business in promotions, photos, videos and advertisements for this event. This form also holds Notre Maison Connects harmless against any theft, injury or harm during this event. Insurance is my option for my business protection.
