This form is prepared to provide opportunities for ECM's members to elect candidates/individuals, who can be elected to be either one of the six ECM executives for 2 years term, one of the seven Board member for 2 years term, one of the three Audit Committee member for 2 years term, or one of the Five transitional council member of the ECM for 5 years term. You, the nominator and the person whom you are proposing to be a candidate or nominee must be a memeber of ECM at least for 6month (for example: for this election, The nominator and the nominee must be registered as ECM member before September, 2025), and meet ecm members' obligation (paying its membership payment), otherwise both the nominator and the nominees shall be disqualified. Do not nominate one person for more than one position. Nominate one person only for one position.

ይህ ቅጽ የተዘጋጀው የኢትዮጲያ ማሕበረሰብ በሚኒሶታ አባላት ማሕበረሰባቸውን ለሚቀጥሉት 2 አመታት ድረስ ለሚዘልቅ ጊዚያቶች ማህበረሰቡን በሥራ አስፈጻሚነት እና በቦርድ አባልነት (በፕሬዘዳንት፣ በም/ፕሬዘዳንት፣በጸሓፊንት፣ በሒሳብ አላፊነት፣ በገንዘብ ያዥነት እና በሕዝብ ግንኙነት አላፊነት)፣ እንዲሁም ለሚቀጥሉት 2 አመታት በቁጥጥር ኮሚቴ አባልነት እና ለሚቀጥሉት 5 አመታት በሽግግር ም/ቤት አባልነት ተመርጠው ማገልገል የሚችሉ የማህበረስብ አባላትን በእጩ ተመራጭነት ለመቀበል የተዘጋጀ ቅጽ ነው።

ማሳሰቢያ፡ እጩ ተመራጮችን የሚጠቁም እና ለእጩ ተመራጨነት የሚጠቆሙ ግለሰቦች የኢትዮጲያ ማሕበረሰብ በሚኒሶታ አባል ከሆኑ ቢያንስ የ6 ወር እና ከዚያ በላይ የአባልነት እድሜ ሊኖራቸው እና የአመታዊ የአባልነት ክፍያቸውን ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። እነዚህን መስፈርት ከማያሟሉ ሰዎች የሚቀርቡ ጥቆማዎች ሆነ መስፈርቶችን የማያሟሉ ተጠቋሚዎች የመምረጥም ሆነ የመምረጥ መብት ሰለማያሟሉ ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ። አንድ ሰው አንድን ሰው ለአንድ የሥራ መደብ ብቻ ነው መጠቆም የሚችለው ወይንም የሚፈቀደው።
