Community Angels Clothing Program Referral Form
Very Important-Please read carefully:  If this parent currently identifies as homeless-unhoused and their child(ren) attend St. Cloud Area School District 742, please don't do this referral for unhoused school agers contact Nancy Dyson, Transitional Services Coordinator at (320) 370-8059 or you can email her at Nancy.Dyson@ISD742.org to do this referral. You can move forward to complete a referral for all other children such as infant, toddlers, students who attend other school districts outside of ISD 742. 

For funding proposes, please complete a form for each child, incomplete referrals will not be accepted.  Our Clothing Inventory is low for junior high school and High School students. We do have undergarments and hygiene products for all school age children.  A REFERRAL IS NEEDED. 

NO EMAILS will be accepted  for clothing referrals. Referring organizations Please use the referral form. 

New & Gently Worn Winter Gear available Every 1st and 3rd Friday throughout the cold season. NO REFERRAL NEEDED FOR WINTER Coats. 

DONATIONS NEEDED: We are in NEED of clothing for toddlers. Boys & Girls. All sizes, especially (2t-5t), and sizes (8-18). We prefer 2pc sets, joggers, and hoodies.   Please call for donation drop off at 320-761-5618

Important: We will no longer call clients who are referred to us through our clothing referral program to schedule appointments. They are free to come into the store on either dates listed below between 11-6pm.
