2025-26 ELPN Steering Committee Application

Thank you for your interest in joining ELPN as a member of the Steering Committee! The all-volunteer Steering Committee sets the priorities for ELPN and determines our programming throughout the year. With the help of dedicated and collaborative individuals, ELPN has been able to bring accessible and diverse programming to affordable housing practitioners and advocates through NPH since 2014. Could you be one of our next Steering Committee members?

2025-26 open positions:
  • Professional Development Co-chair (2 open positions): The Professional Development Committee plans and offers technical trainings specifically designed for emerging affordable housing professionals. 
  • Social Events Co-chair (1 open position): The Social Events Committee is responsible for planning ELPN’s annual social events for the ELPN community to connect and network over a fun and casual environment.
  • Policy & Advocacy Co-chair (1 open position; preferred candidate is someone in non-profit development): The Policy & Advocacy Committee offers ELPN members a chance to learn about “big picture” policies and trends affecting the affordable housing industry, connect policy to on-the-ground implications, and become better advocates.
Note: ELPN is committed to advancing racial equity and inclusion in our trainings and events within our community, as well as in the affordable housing industry at large. We request all Steering Committee members to integrate an equity lens when designing our program and outcomes. We aim to create an inclusive environment where all are welcome to participate in ELPN.
