WORKSHOP: Anahata Nada (Unstruck Sound) Listening to the subtle, internal sound of the universe

As we live through the 6th mass extinction on the planet, listening deeply becomes a radical act. We explore means of connecting to the more than human world. Using somatic, cognitive and conceptual tools we co-create a co-learning space for embodied subjects.

Workshop Venue: Mangalavanam Bird Sanctuary. (All travel expenses will be borne by the participants.)

Materials required for the workshop: notebooks, pens/pencils, recording devices (phones). 

Refreshments will not be provided - participants are requested to bring their own.
