By typing your name, you are signing this entry form and attesting that the Caledonia County Fair Association, White Mountain Riding Club, Orleans County Fair, and NEK Horse Show Series, along with their show committees, committee members, show officials, employees, and agents, will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage involving any person, animal, or property. Each exhibitor agrees to hold these organizations and individuals harmless and to indemnify them against any legal claims, proceedings, or liabilities arising from such accident, injury, loss, or property damage caused by or related to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s property, or the exhibitor’s employee.

I am at least 18 years of age or the parent/guardian of the minor child listed as exhibitor.

I hereby give the NEKHS & Affiliated Shows its successors and assign the right to use my image likened and voice in any and all media now or hereafter created, including online website and or Facebook page(s) for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Waive and right to royalties or other compensation.

I release and forever discharge NEKHS & Affiliated Shows from any and all claims, liability, action, suites demands, cost, expenses or indebtedness arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with the use of images and materials described herein.
