The Certified Technical Support Technician (CTST)
Program is an intensive two (2) week onsite learning experience designed
to equip aspiring IT support professionals with the hands-on technical
expertise needed to thrive in today’s tech-driven workplace.
From troubleshooting hardware and software to configuring
networks and managing live support tickets, this program is built around real-world

What You’ll Learn
Across 10 immersive days, participants will:
• Master hardware and software troubleshooting for Windows and macOS systems.
• Configure and diagnose network devices, routers, and connectivity issues.
• Learn installation, updates, and system recovery techniques.
• Practice remote user support, ticket management, Software troubleshooting, Hardware troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Build fluency with enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 tools, Command Line, and IT documentation platforms.
