• April 23 - 11am to 6pm
• September 17 - 11am to 6pm
• November 5 - 11am to 6pm
• December 3  - 10am to 5pm

• Location:
New Horizon UMC Parking Lot
5741 S Flamingo Rd, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330

• Event hours: 11am to 6pm (Except Dec. 3, 10am to 5pm)

• Set-up: 8:30am, 9:00am and 9:30 (will have 3 set up slots, Boss Ladies Market will assign them)

• Break-down: 6:00 pm (a must, not earlier)

• Late arrivals and early breakdowns are not permitted; only applicants who can commit to the full time slot should apply.

• Vendor Fee: $90 each Market (Includes participation 10x10 parking space, paid social media ads for the event, brand visibility on Instagram/Facebook and Featuring Vendors on IG stories)

• Sharing Tents: Only 2 vendors can share a 10x10 with a fee of $75 each business.

• Food Trucks fee: $160 each Market

• Vendors keep 100% of their sales revenue.

• Each vendor is entitled to a 10x10 parking space. Tents are required. This is strictly enforced. Tents must be fully weighted on all corners so it is secure despite wind. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that tents will never become a threat to others vendors or attendees.

• All business or other activity, for which the vendors have rented space, must be conducted within the designated 10x10 booth space only! Vendor signage can be displayed ONLY WITHIN EACH BOOTH.

• Boss Ladies Market will assign location to each vendor during check-in.

• Larger vendor spaces may be available, on request.

• Electricity not available.

• All setup and display items must be provided by vendor, including but not limited to: Tents, Tables, Chairs, Tablecloths, Products, and Signage.

• Event is Rain or Shine. Outdoors. In the event that the market needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or any unforeseen incidence, event might be postponed. NO refunds will be made if NEW date set DOES NOT work for vendor.

• Event is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of time or circumstance. NON-TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER DATE due to vendor's needs. There's no GUARANTEE of sales of any kind. Fees paid are considered vendor's investment for advertising and space/participation.

• Customer admission for Boss Ladies Market Outdoor Markets are free.

• Participation is guaranteed AFTER payment and signed contracted is submitted.
