2025 ADMT Photo Week Sign-Up
You are signing up for an individual session with Game Face Studios.  Individual Sessions are 5 minutes and will produce 5 edited images.  1 costume per session slot. 

An Individual Session is $90 for first costume for each dancer.  $30 for each additional costume after that (per dancer, not per family).   Complimentary sibling images when you book back to back sessions for each sibling. 

These will take place during photo week - April 28 - May 2 (***Saturday dancers please see schedule to see which when you will be photographed)

Don't forget to add time slots for Solos, Duets, Trios, etc.  ***Duets and Trios will count as 1 time slot/1 fee.  

Once this form is filled out, Kristi or Ashlee will contact you starting in Early April to let you know what day/time your session slot will be. 

Session payments can be made in cash, through venmo or through Zelle.  (*** please note there is a slight price difference for Zelle to accommodate for the transaction fee).

*** If paying by Zelle, there will be a small fee added to accomodate the transaction fee due to this being a business account.
