Library Material Purchase Request
This form allows you to request that the library purchase specific books, media and other materials. All recommendations will be considered. However, the library cannot fulfill all requests.

If you are an OCC faculty member or staff member, you will receive a notification in your campus mailbox after the requested item has been cataloged for the library collection.

Please do not request course textbooks here. Textbook requests should be made in person at the Circulation Desk.
