The Here Now Project Community Screening
Thank you for your interest in screening The Here Now Project! We recommend planning your screening 2+ weeks in advance to ensure a smooth process and high audience turnout.

A community screening includes a license for the limited, non-broadcast, public exhibition of The Here Now Project. You will only have the rights to screen the film at the event you list in this agreement and then pay for.

IMPORTANT: Your submission is not complete until we have received your license payment. This submission form includes payment information, and we will also link you to payment options on your confirmation page.

Thanks for putting the film to work as tool for change. We're all in this, together.

License fee per individual screening:
Up to 50 attendees – $150
Up to 250 attendees – $300
Up to 500 attendees – $500
Up to 1000 attendees – $1000
Over 1000 attendees – $2000

3. Any other details that would be helpful for us to know while setting up your screening...

Subject to availability and sliding scale honorarium fee, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and budget.

In-person appearances may be possible depending on location (Chicagoland) or additional travel stipend.
