HSHS 'Addams' Playbill Sales and Donations
WHY WE NEED PLAYBILL ADVERTISERS AND DONATIONS?

Money raised by ad sales pay printing costs for the musical playbill program. Without business and personal ad sales, we cannot print quality programs for our production and demonstrate support of our student casts, crew, and directors. Money raised from playbill ads and donations fund other costs for the musical not covered by ticket sales, such as expenses for production rights, scripts, costumes, music and lyric rights, set building, etc.

Although WCPSS is a huge supporter of the arts, the production receives no funding from WCPSS and HSHS. Production expenses range from $15,000-$25,000.

AD SALES:

Business Card / Quarter Page B&W: 3.75" x 2.25". COST: $50.00

Half Page B&W: 3.75" x 4.5". COST: $100.00

Full Page, inside page, B&W: 7.5" x 4.5". COST: $200.00

Full page, inside page, color: 7.5" x 4.5". COST: $250.00

PURCHASED: (Full page, back cover, color: 7.5" x 4.5". COST: $300.00)

Shout Out Message, limited to 75 characters. COST: $10.00

REQUIREMENTS: Ads may be submitted in electronic, print ready, form. PDF, DOC, JPEG, PNG are accepted. Ads and payment are required by March 4th at 2:30 PM. Email ads to 'hshstc@gmail.com'. Make payment payable to HSTCB.


DONORS:

Donors are listed in the playbill and displayed in the commons area.

OVATION: $1,000.

ORCHESTRA: $500.

SPOTLIGHT: $250.

STAGEHAND: $100.

OTHER: $_____

Donations are tax deductible through HSTC's 501(c)3 status. Donors will receive tax information following payment. Payment is due by March 9th.
