LDISD Volunteer Information Release
In the interest of safety and security, the Lake Dallas Independent School District is authorized to obtain criminal history information on all volunteers (Texas Education Code Section 2.083).  The information obtained in this release form and through the background check will remain confidential within the school system and will be viewed by only select District personnel.  The district reserves the right to re-check the criminal history of any volunteer during the school year when information or circumstances indicate the need.
