"Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents" Book Study

Randi Boykin (EIP teacher) and Sarah Bryan (School Counselor) are excited to offer a book study this year on Dr. Wilson and Lynn Lyons' book, "Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents." In typical child development, children between the ages of 8-10 naturally become more anxious about their world around them as they cognitively grow. While we all experience anxiety, it can still be challenging to help our children through their worries and anxiety. Please join us for a great opportunity to read this book together and join in weekly discussion.

We plan to start the week of September 27 and end by the week of November 15.

If you plan to join us, please purchase the book in advance. It can be found at local book stores as well as on Amazon for approximately $13.
