The next pages allow you to choose the position(s) that you wish to stand for. You may nominate yourself for more than one position by filling in the statement boxes for each. Skip any sections that are not relevant to you. We recommend you write these statements in another document and save them separately in the unlikely case of saving errors in this form.

We then ask for diversity and inclusivity information. Only the Elections Committee will see this information. We will use this only for the purpose of confirming nominee eligibility.

The final page reminds you of the next steps and timeline. Once submitted, a member of the Elections Committee will be in touch within 2 days to confirm details with you.
