Chamber Logo Request Form
This form shall act as a formal request for usage and inclusion of the Rivertowns Chamber of Commerce logo in Member events, signage, statement and marketing materials outside of Chamber-provided window and digital membership decals. 

Should Members wish to use the Rivertowns Chamber of Commerce logo in event signage, statements or marketing materials, the below information is required and the request will be reviewed by the full Board of Directors and voted on within 2-3 businesses days of form submission.
