GDPR Consent - intoBSL
As I am sure you are aware of the new regulations coming into force on 25th May regarding the collection, storage, use and protection of personal data.
If you are a client of intoBSL and have received an email from us asking you to confirm that you are happy for us to continue to hold information you have supplied or may supply to us in the future, so as to deliver interpreting services to you - please complete the form below.
Information that we use and which you can ask us at anytime to provide to you or delete from our systems may include:
a) Your name and / or the name of the client
b) The address you supplied to us for invoicing or location to meet you at for an interpreting assignment
c) Contact details - telephone / sms / email
d) Details about your Access To Work
e) Preparation materials related to the assignment (note: these are delated or returned to you on completion of the assignment)
Information may be stored by us electronically, hard copy, on cloud based services or servers or in any other secure format. Based on our research external services used (eg cloud based) have made available GDPR compliant assurances to us over how your data is stored and secured on our behalf as a third party supplier.
Certain information is required to be held for a set period of time at which it is securely destroyed, for example HMRC tax and invoicing records. We do not sell on or provide your details to third parties for sales or marketing purposes. We will only contact you contact directly in relation to interpreting service provision.

Consent for intoBSL to use information you have supplied and may supply in the future in the provision of interpreting services to you ?
