REGISTRATION — StUD Symposium
In collaboration with PA Health Federation, the Opioid Response Network (ORN) in SAMHSA Region 3 is hosting a one-day, in-person only symposium on Stimulant Use Disorder (StUD).

Responding to Stimulant Use Disorders: Short and Long-term Approaches

Objectives:
Participants will be able to:
  1. Identify populations at elevated risk for the development of stimulant use disorders.
  2. Recognize the signs and symptoms of overamping.
  3. Recall at least 2 evidence-based behavioral health interventions to treat stimulant use disorders.
  4. Name at least 3 medicines with evidence for the treatment of stimulant use disorders.
  5. Describe strategies for implementation of evidence-based treatments for stimulant use disorders in varying healthcare settings.
  6. Describe strategies for implementation of harm reduction practices to reduce negative health consequences from stimulant use.
CMEs will be offered. CEUs will be provided for social work and nursing.
