Poyen Gifted and Talented Nomination Form
Do you think your child may be gifted? Do they excel at school and think outside the box? Are they creative? Do they often require a challenge? They may qualify for the gifted and talented program. Take a moment to fill out this form if you would like your child to be tested. The testing will take place at school and you'll be notified of your child's score and placement (should it occur.)

Our program strives to provide educational experiences that extend beyond the classroom curriculum and that build creative and critical thinking.  In order to place in our program a student must show an interaction of high or superior ability, task commitment, and creativity.

We accept referrals throughout the year and will be happy to include your child in the first possible screening.  If you feel your child needs and qualifies for this program, please complete the form below.
