How do you describe your racial identity/ies? *
Are there any particular skills, experience or resources you'd like to share in this process? (e.g. facilitation, art, design, logistics, event planning, community connections, expertise in areas of racial justice, etc.)
We're thrilled that so many people are interested in being part of this initiative!  Right now there are three ways to connect:
1) Core Design Team (by applicaiton).  This team of about 8-12 people will create the framework, goals and initial process for the initiative.
A 5-person group with a majority of people of color will review these applications to build a multiracial team of people with complementary skills, and who reflect the Kehilla community.  
2) Implementation Teams.  These teams will shepherd different parts of the process.
Possible examples: process for people of color, process for white people, training for Kehilla School staff, process for parents of kid/s of color, community-wide training, etc.
3) Consultants.
For people who have expertise in some aspect of racial justice organizing/training/education and could be available for occasional consultation and guidance.
