Make The Distinction will ensure that all pictures and videos taken of participants will be used for the development and promotion of Make the Distinction. I acknowledge that participation in an outdoor retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Uneven ground, trails, grass, or natural terrain

- Weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, or sun exposure

- Insect bites, wildlife, or environmental allergens

- Physical activity that may involve stretching, walking, or light movement

- Accidental slips, trips, or falls

I understand that these risks may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with my participation.
