The Resource Fair at the 27th Annual Autism Acceptance Day at the Philadelphia Zoo is a premier opportunity to connect with the Autism community. Open to the general public, this highly attended event draws thousands of individuals and families from across the tri-state area.
Held at the Garden Pavilion and Impala Fountain, located in the center of the Philadelphia Zoo, the Resource Fair takes place primarily outdoors around the Pavilion with some tables available inside the Garden Pavilion. This event provides an excellent opportunity for organizations to network, share resources, and engage with individuals with Autism, their families, caregivers, and professionals in the Autism field.
In addition to the Resource Fair, Autism Acceptance Day is a fun-filled celebration featuring: Live music, jugglers and magic performances, sensory stations, craft tables, raffles and giveaways, mascots, kid characters, princesses, and special guests. Autism Society Greater Philadelphia does not charge for our events. The only cost to attend is Zoo admission.
All activities take place within the beautiful surroundings of the Philadelphia Zoo. Zoo maps will be provided, highlighting attractions and designated “quiet spaces” for relaxation.
New This Year:
Tents will not be provided. Vendors may bring their own 10x10 tent if desired.
As our Resource Fair continues to grow each year, this year’s event will take place across two locations: Garden Pavilion (formerly the Peacock Pavilion) and Impala Fountain.
