Nomination Form
Wisconsin Women Making History is a growing resource of remarkable women leaders, innovators and scholars from the state of Wisconsin. The site launched on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2015. More history makers will be added to the site throughout 2015.

A panel of advisors will periodically review nominations of women history makers to the site. You may suggest a woman history maker for review using the nominations form. We consider each nomination carefully, however, your submission does not guarantee inclusion on the site. Criteria for consideration includes: a woman who has lived, worked or studied in Wisconsin and has made significant contributions to women’s history or the state’s legacy. Due to limited resources, you may not receive confirmation that your nomination has been chosen. Check the website at http://womeninwisconsin.org regularly to find new additions.
