How Women + LBGTQAIs Get Clients
Hello, consultants, lawyer, agents, therapists, coaches, stylists, advisors, brick and mortar small business owners, and other individual (and small group) solopreneurs:
Thank you in advance for courageously sharing your experiences. With this project, we are defying the secrecy surrounding money and client-acquisition that is so prevalent. Answering honestly also challenges the stingy individualism we are told is the only way for us, especially as people with multiple marginalized identities, to build a client roster (hint: it's not).

Love, Femily

p.s. What I have seen as a highly-networked consultant is that there is more than enough room for us all to price well and rise together; and that when we are radically honest with one another share our client introductions, proposal templates, and pricing strategies, our businesses thrive.

If you serve both, please either focus on the one you're the most successful at - or retake twice to give both answers. :)
On a scale of 1-5, how would you rate your current client load?
Significantly less than ideal - I'm actively seeking more clients.
Significantly more than ideal - I have too many clients and am struggling to manage them all.
