This is a very friendly festival with a fabulous line up of live music and an amazing atmosphere.

EVENT SITE :

Whitchurch Library Gardens

The site is secure 24 HRS a day.

PITCHES :

Free optional 13amp Power supply included in pitch fee.

CAMPING & FACILITES

One Free Camping Pitch at V4V Campsite from Thursday 9th July.

(any additional pitches will need to be booked as normal)

Just a short distance from the main site with all the usual facilities and a great atmosphere

SET UP TIMES :

Friday 10th July from 9am - 5pm

All Trade Stands must be in place by Friday 5pm

TRADING TIMES :

Saturday 11th July - Open 10am - 9pm

Sunday 12th July - Open 10am - 7pm

BREAK DOWN TIMES :

Sunday 12th July from 7pm - 10pm (Strictly NO vehicle movement until 7pm or as directed)

Monday 13th July from 8am - 12 noon

CONFIRMATION :

If your application is successful we will respond to confirm.

This will be secured once payment has been made.
