OU students: Tell us about wait times to see a mental health professional
We know it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor or counselor about mental health issues, especially in the second half of the semester. The Daily is interested in finding out how long OU students are waiting for appointments.
Where did you make an appointment?
If you've made a counseling appointment (or other appointment based on mental health needs) in the Norman area, tell us where it was.
Goddard Health Center
OU Psychology Clinic
Tell us the amount of time you waited between making the appointment and the actual appointment date.
For example, if you called a clinic to make a counseling appointment on Nov. 4, and the first available appointment was Nov. 29, you would select answer choice "3 weeks to a month."
Immediately to 6 days
1 week to 2 weeks
2 weeks to 3 weeks
3 weeks to a month
One to two months
More than two months
Have you ever cancelled an appointment because of wait times?
Have you ever had your appointment date moved up?
If you've made an appointment at the Goddard Counseling Center, has your appointment ever been moved up after another appointment's cancelation?
