We will be using this Google Form to track checkout requests from the Housing and Residence Life Programming Room. All requests to checkout items from the HRL Programming Room should be completed at least one week in advance of the program date and please understand that all requests will be considered on a first come-first serve basis. Your request is not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email from a housing staff member and you should receive confirmation within two (2) business days of submitting your request.
Please keep in mind there is a limited amount of check out availability per week. If your request is approved, the Programming GA will reach out to you to set up a pick up time in which you will need to come to the HRL Programming Room in Presidents Hall to transport all requested materials. Remember that you are responsible for any of the checked out HRL materials, where damages/cleaning charges may be assessed if necessary.
You only need to submit this request for items that you plan to remove from the programming room for an event and return at a later time. There is no need to submit this request for art supplies or things like using butcher paper or bulletin board boarder.
