Welcome to the RISE online Directory intake form!

The purpose of the RISE Parent Group Directory is to help parents/guardians connect with others in our community and tap into each other for support, encouragement, advice, networking, playdates and more!  In it you can voluntarily share your child's age, school, learning difference(s) or diagnosis, therapists/specialists you recommend, expertise you seek or have; and view this information shared by others.

Code of Conduct:  Directory settings are "Anyone with the link can View," thus the link you will receive must be kept confidential.  This Directory is a privilege we share with other HCSD families (both current and alumni) and is based on trust and mutual respect.  Our community holds privacy, security and safety for families of utmost importance.  Please do not share any of the directory information with people who are not also directory members, or ask the other member's individual permission before sharing any of their personal information (such as to make an introduction).  RISE reserves the right to remove any members who violate this Code of Conduct.
