The First Judicial District CASA Association is dedicated to providing a safe, neutral, supervised environment in which families and children can visit and exchange at an affordable cost. Fees will be assessed to all parties with the exception of foster parents, relatives caring for children, transporters, and siblings who are visiting one another under a Court's order.
Any changes made to fees assessed will be at the discretion of the Executive Director.
SERVICE FEES
Intake Application Fee: $30 each participant
- Payment is due at the time of application
- Intake fee is non-refundable
- An intake application is valid for six months
- A receipt will be provided as documentation of payment
Supervised Visit Fees: $20 each visit (with a maximum amount of $20/week)
- Fee is assessed to both the residential and non-residential parent
- Payment is due at the time of each visit
- A receipt will be provided as documentation of payment
Supervised Phone Contact: $40 per call
- Long distance charges are assessed to the Supervised Parent
- Phone call will be no longer than 1 hour
- Phone call will be placed from or received at the CASA office
Monitored Exchanges: $20 per exchange
- Fees are assessed to both parents
- Payment is due at the time of the exchange
- A receipt will be provided as documentation of payment
