This program is designed to provide Florida CKI members with a Florida Kiwanis mentor. Please answer the questions below to register and be matched with a Kiwanis mentor or CKI mentee. Participation in this program is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, and/or terminated by Florida Kiwanis. 

Your responses below will be used to match a CKI mentee with a Kiwanis mentor. Once you are matched, you will be notified via email and asked to sign a participation agreement.  An orientation webinar will be scheduled for new participants.  All participants must agree to initiate and be available for at least one (1) contact per month. Email contact is permitted but telephone contact is highly encouraged.  This year there will also be optional opportunities to meet in person at events throughout the year, based on location.
