YMUN Taiwan V Registration Form
Dear Delegates and Advisors,

Welcome to YMUNT V! My name is Ben Wang, and it is my greatest pleasure to welcome you to Yale Model United Nations Taiwan. Each year, we do our best to provide an immersive and innovative Model UN experience, allowing delegates to tackle some of the most difficult challenges our society faces. We are incredibly excited to be returning to Taipei in March, and we look forward to putting upon the best conference experience yet!

Building off of the past four years, we seek to bring you a robust, preeminent Model UN experience. This last May, students tackled complex world issues ranging from xenophobia in Europe to trialing Bashar Al-Assad in tight-knit committees, leading to high-intensity debate. As we move forward into our fifth iteration of the conference, we aim to make committees even more engaging by bringing the world's most pressing issues to the table, all to be discussed in a wide range of formats from small crisis committees to larger General Assembly discussions. Outside of committees, YMUNT offers a wide range of panels and workshops to provide learning opportunities beyond debate. Delegates even have the opportunity to engage with YMUNT far before the conference begins in the spring with our Online Training Program, which features over an hour of video educational content. Through all of our programs, YMUNT will continue to strive to achieve its educational mission in Taiwan.

More conference updates will come as our team works hard to craft next year's conference experience. I encourage you to register as soon as possible to stay in touch and secure a seat for next year's conference. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at ymunt.secgen@yira.org.

Thank you for your interest and continued support of YMUNT, and I sincerely hope that you will be able to join us in the spring. Again, welcome to YMUNT!

Sincerely,

Ben Wang
Secretary-General
