The Exchange Program staff offers both virtual and in person to J-1 exchange students.

Available hours for Zoom Advising:

Morning: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30AM - 11:30AM (California time)
Afternoon: Monday through Thursday, 2:00PM - 4:00PM (California time)

Available hours for In-Person Advising:

Morning: Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30AM - 11:30AM (California time)
Afternoon: Monday through Thursday, 2:00PM - 4:00PM (California time)

How to sign up:

1. Complete this form DURING the drop-in hours available above. DO NOT sign up for advising outside of drop-in hours.
2. After completing this form, you will be taken to a submission confirmation page. The page will have links to the advising session if you choose virtual Zoom advising.
3. Click the link to enter the Zoom waiting room and remain in the waiting room until an advisor admits you or if you are requesting in- person advising, please wait at the OIP front office until an advisor is ready.

PLEASE NOTE: The average wait time is 10-15 minutes. Once you have entered the waiting room, please remain there until you are admitted.
