When more women, people of color, persons with disabilities, and people who hold queer identities are at the table - both being heard and making decisions - we will create better teams, organizations, communities, and societies.
The Agile Socks Training Scholarship Program is one small way we can lessen the financial barrier and support people who want to level up their careers and grow as professionals.
We offer a pay-what-you-can model for people who meet the program criteria. The scholarship fund is seeded with a percentage of revenue from private corporate training. When applicants pay what they can, they leave more funds available for others to use.
The Scholarship Program is available for both Professional Scrum Training hosted by Agile Socks LLC and self-guided online courses.
There is a minimum investment required because this helps create commitment to and ownership of one's learning. The minimums are as follows:
*Professional Scrum 2-Day Training - $500
(e.g. PSM, PSPO)
*Professional Scrum 1-Day Training - $275
(e.g. PAL-EBM, PSFS)
Scrum Master: Grow Online Self-Guided Course - $50
Coaching Skills for Impact Online Self-Guided Course - $200
Creative vs Reactive Leadership Mini-Workshop - $75
