Advocates for Special People is celebrating 29 years of striving to improve the quality of life of adults with intellectual disabilities and their families by providing programs for socialization, recreation, and habilitation. The 8th Annual Family Night FUNdraiser is a four-hour event, co-hosted by Alley Cats Entertainment, that will include a silent auction, bake sale and unlimited bowling, laser tag, mini-golf, rock climbing and non-ticket/prize games. With your help, we are raising funds to support our four day habilitation camp programs, transportation expenses, as well as purchasing uniforms, equipment, and registration and travel expenses for our athletes who participate in Special Olympics Texas. Last summer, we opened a 5th location adding 20 participants to our Connexions and in August we will be opening a 6th location in Mansfield.  This fundraiser helps us reach our goal and amplify our impact.
