Gift certificates are purchased at 2025 pricing until 12/31/25. Buy yours today to save on 2026 rates. There are different class styles available. Recommended ages are based on experience in the kitchen.

Private Classes:

•Per Person: $135*

•Private Groups of 4-6 people: $110* per person

*Plus cost of food

Food cost will vary based on the recipe chosen. Receipt will be provided to the purchaser on the day of the event for reimbursement. Locations more than 15 miles from Beekman, NY have an additional fee of $3.50/mile.

On-site:

Kitchen rental is located at River Valley Arts Center in Wappingers Falls (Max 10 ppl) or Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory in Poughkeepsie and based on date availability. There is an additional rental fee of $195 for RVAC and $210 for PUF for 2-hour class and 1 hour clean up.

Public Classes: (special public pricing includes all costs)

•Chef & Chef Jr.: Great for adults who are trying to encourage their younger chefs to learn new recipes while making delicious memories together. Current pricing is $140 per pair.

•Chef Jr. Beginners: Those who have a bit of experience and are at least 10 years old. There are two different classes focusing on either cooking (Let's Cook!) or baking (Let's Bake!). Parents can sit in for these classes however, it is not required if child is at least 10 years old, has an interest in the kitchen and has assisted somewhat in the kitchen. Current pricing is $75 per person.

•Adults Night Out: for individuals, pairs, or groups such as family members, friends, co-workers, etc. Leave the kids home and meet other locals while bonding over a new experience. Bottled water is provided, however, participants are welcomed to bring a beverage of their choice. Current pricing is $90 per person. ($95 for knife skills)

Gift certificate details & answers to FAQs

*After payment is received (options listed below) a personalized gift certificate will be created and the images will be sent via email to the purchaser for printing. Mailing option is available if purchased prior to 12/15/25.

*The gift certificate is to be used for the class series purchased. *Not refundable or redeemable for cash.

*On the gift certificate, it provides the email address for the recipient to contact to register for the monthly calendar.

*2025 pricing is good for 1 year from the date purchased. The discount on the classes is available for 2026; no additional cost is needed when applied to the class series purchased. Should a date during 2026 not align with the recipient’s availability, the value paid does not expire and would be subtracted from the price of a 2027 class.

*If more than 1 Chef Jr Class is purchased, the recipient has the option of sharing their additional class with another person

*If a class is canceled, the gift certificate remains unredeemed.
