Krsna Club is open to primary school children from reception - year 6 (ages 5-11)
For Krsna Club we suggest a donation of £5 per session per child

A.  For children aged 5 - 11, the guardian must be on the "24 hour Kirtan" Venue property at all times and the child and guardian must know the whereabouts of each other at all times. No parent should “Drop off” their child at the Venue unless there is a guardian to be responsible for them

Declaration: *You confirm that your child is between 5-11 years of age. *You agree to arrive 10 minutes before the agree start time and 5 minutes before the agreed end time of the session to collect your child. *You will keep your phone turned on during this period. **If your child has any allergies or health conditions then you must note in this form and verbally inform the coordinator before leaving your child at the session. **We take no responsibility for any allergies to glue, food colouring, face paints, henna (mehndi) or stationary should your child use these during the activities. *
