Number of participants in the tour: (No more than 30 per group. For student tours, there must be 1 adult chaperon per 10 students)
List of possible dates and times requested for tour: (IMPORTANT: The dates you list are tentative and does not constitute as confirmed. You will receive a confirmation notice a specific date and time of your tour from the museum when arrangements are final).

The museum’s Education Department will process your request. We may contact you via email or phone to get further information. This process does not constitute as confirmation of your desired tour date and time. You will receive a separate email confirmation.
IMPORTANT – Wait for confirmation of your tour. You will receive a confirmation via email. Upon receipt of your confirmation letter, you will receive further instructions for your group tour.
