Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Hood River Indoor Farmers Market.

About the market: Hood River Indoor Farmers Market is open on Saturdays from 10am - 1pm in May Street Elementary School. The market is open the first and third Saturday of the month, December - April (10 markets total).

Application Process:
1) Review the information in this Vendor Application and in the accompanying Vendor Packet, available here: http://www.gorgegrown.com/farmmarket/vendor/
2) Complete all the information below and submit this application along with any necessary supporting documentation
3) Submit application fee. *Vendors that have sold at Gorge Grown Farmers Markets (Hood River, Mosier, Mercado del Valle) in the 2019 outdoor season will not need to pay an application fee. . An invoice will be sent to you to pay online or instructions for mailing a check after we receive a completed application. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications will not be reviewed until an application fee is received.
4) On or around the priority deadline, Gorge Grown Food Network will review applications and be in contact with all applicants. If you submit your application after the priority deadline, GGFN will be in contact within two weeks of receiving your application. The selection process for vendors takes into consideration many factors, including product quality, sourcing, presentation, seniority, regulation compliance, customer service and the right product and vendor mix to ensure a successful market.

All food processors, farmers with value-added items need to complete the “Prepared Food Application”. All artists/ makers and those selling craft products will need to fill out the “Artist/ Maker Application”. Applications missing necessary information are considered incomplete.
