Technology Developer (2 hrs/week):

  1. Analyze results and findings of data collected from ASF Member Schools

  2. Follow up with ASF sending schools for data

  3. Clean, sort, and process printer data

  4. Develop paper consumption model and user interface for model

  5. Code ASF Paper Consumption Model App - both UI and backend

  6. Maintain model and revise it for scalability, updating the Model as needed (ML, Regression, etc.)


Finance Director (1 hr/week):

  1. Conduct research on potential market alternatives to paper products 

  2. Present market and industry updates on sustainability to team members

  3. Allocate money to technology, events, and advertising

  4. Plan in-person events with documented budget


Outreach Coordinator (1 hr/week):

  1. Collect and organize paper consumption data

  2. Represent ASF's interests and brand image to prospective partner organizations

  3. Forefront outreach efforts with potential ASF Member Schools via email for printer data collection

  4. Enlist students to pilot ASF's Paper Consumption Program

  5. Encourage more individuals to join ASF’s team of passionate volunteers

  6. Scout for funding and grant opportunities to support ASF's growth


Digital Media Producer (2 hrs/week):

  1. Head the aesthetics of ASF's brand image and platform development

  2. Upload content to the ASF YouTube Channel

  3. Expand ASF's presence to more social networking platforms, such as Tik Tok and Instagram

  4. Deliver user feedback to team, be it through social media DMs or survey responses 

  5. Handle general inquiries from ASF's social platforms
