Choosing Your Program
Sometimes making decisions can be difficult and stressful, you may not know where to start or might not know what you want in a program. I was the same, as I had never done a home program until I started doing these.
This is where I come in, first you fill out this quick form. I will be asking you various questions to help me understand where you are coming from, what your goals are and most importantly how you like to have fun! Enjoying what you are doing whether it be in your personal life or during a workout is key to success, happiness and sustainability.
Once you have completed this form, I will review it and contact you via your email address given. If you would like to try out a program which you are keen to try, I can send you a sample. Not all the programs will suit everyone but I can assure you that the results are real, they are sustainable with the tools I teach you and my support will help you to achieve your goals.
