Pathways to Y.E.S. (Youth Employment Success) is designed to give individuals ages 16-18, in or out of school, an opportunity to find a successful career in the construction industry (business, trades, and professions) by offering a variety of career exploration, work readiness training, and internships.

Fully engaged participants may be eligible for support services that include:
- transportation assistance to work experience assignments.
- assistance obtaining workwear/tools.
- assistance in GED course enrollment.
- upon graduation, assistance applying for employment or training program.

Participants MUST be 16-18 years old AND live/attend school in the City of Sacramento district lines.
