As the Owner or the Owner's Representative of the above-named Vessel, I agree to the Vessel being hauled out by Auckland Maritime Foundation trading as Half Moon Bay Marina (Company), including the provision of hardstand and other agreed services in relation to the Vessel and the Company agrees to provide those services on the Specific Terms and General Terms of this Agreement.

The information above is true and correct.

I have read and accept these Boatlifter and Hardstand General Terms, the Boatyard Rules and the Marina Rules & Regulations (Marina Rules), as displayed on www.halfmoonbay.co.nz which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

The Vessel is and will remain until relaunched fully insured, including with public liability cover, with a reputable underwriter

Lifting and launching the Vessel involves inherent risks and I am responsible for providing accurate instructions regarding sling positions and any special requirements for the Vessel. To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Vessel arising from or in connection with reliance on the Customer’s instructions or information.

If I fail to present the Vessel for haulout at the booked time, I will be required to pay the agreed Haulout fee as a genuine pre-estimate of the loss suffered by the Company as a result of the missed booking.

Hardstand fees will continue to accrue until the Vessel is relaunched except to the extent that any delay is solely caused by the Company.

Relaunches must be booked at least 3-days in advance and 5-days in advance between Labour Weekend and Easter.
