- Festival Setup - Put up signs, set up seats in venues, put up tables, etc.
- Parking - There will be an exclusive handicapped parking area in the library parking lot
- Registration - Sign in attendees, provide name tags, printed maps & session schedules
- Directions - On a street corner handing out maps and giving directions
- Venue Manager - Being an on-site presence at sessions, rearrange seats after sessions, etc.
- Book Table - Assisting with sales of the books of the presenting authors
- Authors' Room Manager - refill refreshments, answer questions, announce next sessions, etc.
- Festival Clean Up - Retrieve signs, pick up dropped maps and schedules, sweep some venues, etc.
- No Preference, put me anywhere.
We will make every effort to assign a shift in your area(s) of interest. Shifts may vary from 2-4 hours based on the number of volunteers we have.
