We pay $15/hr for training (DOE) until trust and reliability are established.
***We are willing to train, but experienced movers are preferred.***

Our moving team makes $20-25+/hr PLUS TIPS, and all jobs are paid out at a 2-hour minimum!

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have company vehicles that shuttle crews to and from jobs. We work within a 50-mile radius of downtown Austin, and our team members are responsible for reaching the job sites by the designated starting time. Having a reliable ride/own vehicle is essential to be successful here, but not required to apply.

We are looking for someone who is:
**Reliable (Includes being on time, responsive to texts, and consistent.)
**Positive (Moving can be a very difficult job with the wrong attitude.)
**Coachable (If you are willing to keep a "learning mind" and master the body mechanics involved with moving large/heavy items, the job becomes intuitive and therefore easier.)
**Efficient (Staying busy on the job maximizes our efforts, and customers will notice!)
