Applications are due by Sunday, November 30th, 2025 by 11:59 p.m. CDT. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Happening Staff Community Covenant and Dates
(Read BEFORE you sign!)
As a member of the Happening community, I covenant that...
• I will treat others with respect at all times.
• I will not engage in sexual or any other inappropriate behavior.
• I will not use or possess tobacco, alcohol or nonprescription drugs.
• I will not use or possess firearms, fireworks or weapons of any kind.
• I will participate fully in all activities, pledging to be on time and present for the duration of all mandatory events.
***I recognize that the success of the Happening Weekend is MY RESPONSIBILITY; therefore, I will actively engage in all events and spend prayerful time writing Caritas for ALL candidates as well as commit to recruiting AT LEAST one person to attend the weekend. I understand that failure to uphold my promise to the Happening community may result in forfeiting my position on staff for the weekend.***

Talks Workshop Tuesday, February 3, 2026 5:00-7:00 p.m. Holy Communion
Happening Set Up/Potluck Thursday, February 12, 2026 4:00-8:00 p.m. St. Columba
Happening #76 Friday-Sunday, February 13-15 2026 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. St. Columba
*In an effort to minimize pre-Happening obligations, we are combining Fuzzfests with Staff Training this year! Because this will be our only opportunity to meet before Pre-Happ, it is MANDATORY that every staff member attends Staff Training and Pre-Happ
Talks Workshop is mandatory if you apply and are chosen to give a talk (You will know by January if you are giving a talk).

ALL STAFF MUST STAY THROUGH THE FINAL STAFF MEETING FOLLOWING THE CLOSING SERVICE ON FEBRUARY 15TH! Our approximate departure will be 5:00 p.m. once everything is cleaned up and we have had our final meeting.
