This land is a prime development site on the Historic Poole Quay. The proposal includes:
- 228 apartments in various blocks
- 120 Bed Hotel
- 8,400sq ft commercial
- 264 car parking spaces
- 228 cycle spaces for residential use with further spaces for commercial/visitor use.
