Afro Beat Fest is one of the largest celebrations of African and Afro-Caribbean culture in the region, bringing together thousands of attendees for two days of music, food, arts, sports, culture, and community engagement. Our volunteers are an essential part of creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for all participants.

Festival Hours
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

To ensure the successful operation of the festival, volunteer shifts begin as early as 5:30 AM for event setup and may extend through event breakdown and cleanup activities following the close of the festival each day.

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and community-minded volunteers to assist in a variety of areas, including registration, vendor support, children's activities, soccer programming, hospitality, setup, and cleanup

Volunteer Commitment
All volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of four (4) hours per day. Volunteers may choose to serve on Friday, Saturday, or both days, based on their availability and the festival's staffing needs.

As a valued member of the Afro Beat Fest team, you will play a vital role in helping us create an exceptional experience for our guests, performers, vendors, and community partners.
